With the recent massive firing of teachers and administrators, it leaves me to believe that the school board is trying to cut budget and clear out the experienced high pay teachers and replace them with low salary green teachers.

That's the trend. As proven so many times in corporate america that this method does not work. But when you do it to the education system, that's a bold move and silly one because you are putting your country's future in jeopardy because without a strong sound education system to put the leaders of tomorrow in a position to run our country, you are not helping your country grow in a positive direction.
