Changing major is a tricky situation. It's all about timing, how far you are deviating from your existing major, etc. If you are changing from one extreme, like business major to pre-med, you will be stuck in undergrad for extra times because most of the classes you have taken for business will not be applicable to pre-med requirements. So make your decision wisely.

I'm more thinking about the timing though. Make your change asap when you realized you are in the wrong place. You dont' want to make the change in your junior year.
