Not necessarily agreed to "More education = more money". 5-10 years ago, companies used to award people who have gone back to college and pursue a higher degree, now companies do not care if you have higher education degree, they just want to cut cost and hire the cheapest person to do the job right.

Years ago, it usually means more money on your job, but now, it's just another degree with a piece of paper.

To me, an extra degree equals to more things you get to talk about in a job interview. The degree doesn't really mean THAT much, but it's just a tool for you to use in an interview.
