1. Research about the school so you know what and who you will be dealing with.
2. Practice interviewing skills. Do mock interviews.
3. Smile and be yourself, don't lie about anything. Pretend you are enjoying and really excited even though you are not.

I think the third point is critical. Sometimes you have to take these interview like you are trying to sell something. Take it like a salesman's mentality, carry a smile and butter up everything despite deep down you hate it to the core.

Personally, i think doing research on the school is quite important. You score more points if you make your interviewer feel as if you care so much about the school and take the time to learn so much about the school.
