First thing is to carefully analyze the job description and fine tune 'down' your resume to match the description a little bit. I'm saying fine tune, but don't lie.

Also, when you get to the interview, don't act like a 'know-it-all' person, sometimes that creates an intimidation and bad vibe for the employers.
