Are the admission office more impressed with a high score in the SAT II where the mean score is lower compare to another SAT II score?

That's an interesting point, but i don't think the admission office really go that much into detail to analyze the scores. They are just more interested in how high or how low your score is along with your GPA and other extracurricula activities.
