Yes. With our current economic situation, companies are trying to nickle and dime away and try to come up with various excuses where they can revise separation plans, relocation plan and a lot of other initiatives that just drive employees up the walls.

They can change it to protect themselves from paying huge sum of money because they are relocating jobs overseas and cutting cost.
