Some lawmakers are proposing teachers' salary based on student performance. What do you think? Is it fair? Do you think teacher should be paid according to students' test scores?

i think it should be if a certain percentile of students in the class score within a certain range of scores (determined by the school board/district), then that particular teacher get incentive money.
