Graduated with GPA >3.0 and have at least 1-2 years job experience. You will also need a solid score on the GMAT exam.

It all depends if you are applying to regular MBA or executive MBA program. For executive MBA program, the requirement may be more strict where you need at least 5 years of job experience plus excellent undergraduate grade and high score on the GMAT exam.

Its depends on your GMAT rank and the requirement of the University for which you are applying..
