A lot of people declare finance or some kind of management.

Some graduate programs are coming up with some specific and creative concentration for their students to pick. I once saw sports finance as one of the concentration. I've also seen oil&gas finance/accounting.

A lot of non-finance industry students will declare management as their concentration. For example, i've known many engineers who are pursuing MBA, they would declare management because they want to pursue a career as a project manager and a concentration in management will fit perfectly.
