What kind of research should you do about studying abroad programs? Are there scams out there? how to avoid those?

Read carefully about each plan. Things like cost, different accomadations, studying programs, etc are extremely important. Read about other people's comments about each agency and evaulate the worthiness of each agency. Beware of scam.

You want to check if the school has student resources for international students. That will help you alot once you get there if you have any question/concern, you know exactly who to go to to ask questions.
