How do you answer the toughest question during an interview? Questions like, what did you do in between jobs? What kind of salary are you looking for?

first of all, 'what kind of salary you are looking for'? that should no longer be a tough question. By applying to the job, you should have an idea what the range is. If asked, what have you done in between jobs, say something that the employer wants to hear. For example, i did some self study, i started working toward some certification programs, etc.
