If you are looking for part time jobs to get some extra bucks, try being a tax preparer. Apparently, tax preparer is the number one part time job that make pretty good money. The runner up is substitute teacher and tutor.

I guess if you want to be a tax preparer, do you have to have some accounting background? What about substitute teacher? do you need certificate for that?
