If you are getting a second degree online, then it's ok, but if your primary/only degree is obtained from solely online, then you may have some problem competing for jobs.

I agree. Besides that, you might want to check out the school's accreditation. That's very important because is your degree accepted widely in the various states and even worldwide. It's no use if you can't use it. Also, be very careful with the accreditation, dont' assume that just because they said it's accreditated, you assume all programs they offer are accreditated. It may not be the case.
