Colorado Technical University is owned by American Intercontinental University which is one of the for-profit online institutions in US. They do offer a wide range of career diploma and certification programs.

If they are owned by private, profit-driven companies, then you have to be careful and think about if they are out to get your money only or you are actually getting quality education out of the school. I'm not saying they are phonys, but just be careful and research fully before signing up.
